Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pink Chick Creations! As all of our products are handmade and personalised by me, please allow a little extra time for your order to be lovingly made and packed.

Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. During busy periods (such as Christmas or Valentine's Day), processing times may be slightly longer — I'll always keep you updated.

UK Shipping We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days once dispatched.

Personalised Orders As many of our products are made to order and personalised especially for you, please ensure all personalisation details are correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to make changes once production has begun.

Tracking Where possible, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at hello@pinkchickcreations.co.uk within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
