Thank you for shopping with Pink Chick Creations! As all of our products are handmade and personalised by me, please allow a little extra time for your order to be lovingly made and packed.

Processing Time All orders are handmade with love and care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch.

Personalised & Custom Orders Custom and personalised orders require additional time to create. Please allow 5–10 business days for these orders to be made and prepared for dispatch. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times (UK) Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.

International Shipping We ship internationally! Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Personalised Item Returns Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order. As items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised products unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Order Tracking Where available, tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
