Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Pink Chick Creations! Each order is carefully prepared and packed by me.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available.

Dispatch times

Standard orders: please allow 3–5 working days before dispatch.

Personalised and custom orders: please allow 5–10 working days before dispatch. Please provide all requested personalisation details promptly, as missing information may delay preparation.

Working days for order preparation are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Any different dispatch times will be stated on the product page or communicated before you order.

Delivery service

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and delays can occasionally occur.

Delivery time is additional to the time needed to prepare your order.

Delivery charges and tracking

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details when your order has been sent.

Delivery problems

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible.
If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email hello@pinkchickcreations.co.uk with your order number so I can investigate and help resolve the issue.
